Kimse Yok Mu receives a letter of appreciation from Uganda’s Office of the Prime Minister on October 3, 2014 for the aid it extended during and after disasters. The letter said:
“On behalf of the Government of Uganda, through the Ministry of Disaster preparedness and Refugees and on my own behalf, permit me to express our appreciation to KIMSE YOK MU for the support it has extended and continues to extend to Uganda through Nile Humanitarioan Development Agency, in form of relief support during disasters, for example, the Bududa landslides where KIMSE YOK MU generously contributed towards the support of the affected communities.”
The letter also appreciated meat distribution during the Feast of Sacrifice (Eid Al-Adha) to both Muslim and non-Muslim communities.
The letters was signed, on behalf of the PM’s Office, by the Minister of State for Relief, Disaster Preparedness and Refugees.
As a part of its Ramadan agenda, KYM Foundation is organizing aid trips to Far Eastern countries. One of the KYM coordinators visiting Thailand, Ibrahim Serafettin Ekiz, reported that thousands have been hosted at iftar dinners for five days in Bangkok and Muslim-populated southern cities. Ekiz noted mostly the poor showed up for the dinners yet there were rich ones among who would like to share the abundance of Ramadan.

At Samanyolu, a TV station, has 14 broadcast channels in Turkey, English, Arabic and Kurdish and dozens of radio stations and popular news portals. Kimse Yok Mu continues to help needy despite gov’t restrictions
Turkish charity Kimse Yok Mu (Is Anybody There?) is still extending a helping hand to those in need, especially during the holy month of Ramadan, despite restrictions imposed by the government on the organization’s ability to campaign for donations.
Kimse Yok Mu sends aid materials with 24 trucks for Syrian refugees
Emin Çalhanoğlu, an official from the Kimse Yok Mu told Cihan news agency that aid material that was delivered for the refugees has valued at TL 60 million so far and they will continues their humanitarian aid efforts.
