Kimse Yok Mu humanitarian aid organization makes it to top 100 NGOs
Date posted: February 6, 2015
Humanitarian aid group Kimse Yok Mu has become the first Turkish NGO to make it to the top tier of Swiss non-profit think tank Global Geneva’s annual top 500 NGOs list. With a wide range of activities in 113 countries around Africa, the Middle East, East Asia and South America, Kimse Yok Mu is a newcomer to the top 100 list thanks to its independence, transparency, innovative approach and effective and sustainable aid activities.
President of Kimse Yok Mu İsmail Cingöz said he was very proud of making it to Global Geneva’s list and that their organization has now officially been recognized as one of the world’s most important NGOs. “Making it to the top 100 was great motivation for us,” said Cingöz, “but now our work is even harder. We will be resuming our work at full speed to prove we’re worthy of that confidence.”
The list was topped by well-known NGOs from around the world such as British organizations Oxfam, Islamic Relief International and Save the Children, US organizations Acumen, Partners in Health and World Vision, BRAC from Bengladesh, the Danish Refugee Council from Denmark and Doctors Without Borders from France.

A “Controlled Coup”: Erdogan’s Contribution to the Autocrats’ Playbook
Appearing on TV that night, Erdogan claimed no pre-knowledge of the incident and immediately blamed Gulen supporters in the military. However, Western governments and observers were not convinced. Experts noted the implausibility of a civilian living on another continent organizing a military coup and not being detected by U.S., Turkish or other intelligence agencies.
Gülen’s German collaborator, or the German slap?
Is President Gauck the German controlling agent for the German cell of this merciless terrorist organization? Did President Gauck make that speech –unusually bold [and honest] for a visiting dignitary – because he, too, is being held hostage to blackmail by the Gülenists? Did the Turkish “parallel state” tap Mr. Gauck’s phones and blackmail him? Or did Mr. Gauck say what he said because he had been paid by Lufthansa which, according to Mr. Erdoğan’s men, was one the foreign conspirators behind the Gezi Park protests?

On behalf of those you killed, imprisoned, tortured, you are not welcome, Erdogan! No, Erdogan, you’re not welcome in Algeria. We are a country which has already paid its price of blood and tears to those who wanted to impose their caliphate on us, those who put their ideas before our bodies, those who took our children hostage and who attempted to kill our hopes for a better future.
