Gulen-inspired NGO opens health and education complex in Uganda

The Ugandan president attended the opening of a state-of-the-art hospital, school and dormitory built by leading Turkish NGO Kimse Yok Mu in Uganda’s second largest city.
Active in 113 countries in the world, Turkish humanitarian aid group Kimse Yok Mu has completed construction of the state-of-the-art health and education complex across in Uganda’s second largest city, Jinja. The Nile Hospital will also be servicing other countries in the region.
Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni was in attendance at the opening of the Nile Hospital, where he thanked Kimse Yok Mu representatives and praised their efforts before touring the hospital.
Kimse Yok Mu President Metin Çetiner pointed out that this full-service hospital had been made possible thanks to donations by countless citizens from Anatolia.

Rüstem Atayev, the principal of the Togolok Moldo Orphans’ School in Kyrgyzstan’s capital, Bişkek, has said that the Turkish government accusing the Turkish charity Kimse Yok Mu of terrorism activities will put the welfare of the orphans at the school in jeopardy, as the school is financed by Kimse Yok Mu donations.
Turkish Kimse Yok Mu volunteers staying months to help survivors
The members of Kimse Yok Mu Foundation were the first group among dozens of international humanitarian groups that have descended to Tacloban City, of Philippines, which bore the brunt of the world’s strongest typhoon recorded this year. Kimse Yok Mu Foundation was able to collect $2 million and was still receiving donations for Haiyan victims, said Kurkcu. The foundation was organized in 1999, just months after Turkey was hit by a devastating earthquake that killed more than 17,000 people.

Kimse Yok Mu Foundation’s eid efforts bring joy to thousands of needy faces every year. Aid recipients of all ages pray for whoever is involved in these efforts. The foundation has been assisting Afghanistan for about 10 years now. Disaster victims and those in need alike have been benefiting from these efforts.
