Kimse Yok Mu’s Ramadan packages for Filipino families

Kimse Yok Mu Foundation, in cooperation with the participating organizations and volunteers, keep bringing in Ramadan’s abundance to those in need around the world.

30 thousand Filipinos faced famine last year, due to terrorist attacks in the southern Philippines city Zamboanga. As a part of its Ramadan efforts, KYM joined by the local Turkish schools in the Philippines gave away Ramadan aid packages to some one thousand families in need in the region.

A Turkish school official Yasin Ayyildiz said, “We are able to feel the spirit of Ramadan abroad thanks to the iftar tents and aid packages in cooperation with KYM. With the Ramadan efforts, we are building bridges of friendship in the city that witnessed tragic events very recently.

Making up 10% of the 105 million-population, the Filipino Muslims mainly live in Mindanao Island in the southern Philippines.

A day of joy for five hundred Albanian orphans

In commemoration of Orphans Day in Albania, Kimse Yok Mu Foundation brought smiles to the faces of a total of five hundred orphans and their families, who arrived in the capital Tiran from 36 cities across the country. In attendance of the event held in cooperation with the local Compassion Foundation were the Albanian PM Edi Rama, the parliament speaker Ilir Meta.
