African queen promises to give support to Turkish schools

JOHANNESBURG
Queen Ntombi Twala of Swaziland received a group of teachers from Turkish schools and businesspeople, affiliated with the Hizmet Movement, at her palace.
The Queen had a meeting with the group although she had a very limited time. At the end of the meeting Ntombi told Cihan news agency that she is very pleased with educational activities held by Turkish people all over the world, which needs her country a lot.
“Success of the schools you established pleased me a lot. If you open such schools in our country, my people will benefit from them,” said Ntombi adding that she promise to support schools which will be opened in her country.
Sakarya court orders stay of execution on closure of Fatih Koleji
The Sakarya Administrative Court on Friday issued a stay of execution on the closure decision for Fatih Koleji, a Hizmet-affiliated school that has been running in the Beyköy district of Düzce province, saying that the school is allowed to continue to operate in the 2014-2015 education period.

Kalashnikov-carrying police raid Gülen-inspired private and prep schools based on ‘reasonable suspicion’
Police carrying Kalashnikov rifles and inspectors from a number of government bodies raided 14 private and prep schools in Mardin province on Tuesday based on “reasonable suspicion” that the schools are involved in tax fraud, a move that comes as part of the government-orchestrated operation targeting the faith-based Gülen movement, popularly known as the Hizmet movement.
Afghan leaders: Increase in Turkish schools would help bring about peace
Indicating that students who graduate from Turkish schools in Afghanistan are those who will save the country, Niazi said: “Since the opening of the schools, children from different tribes are sitting at the same table and praying together.
