The Philippines’ Gendarmerie, The Philippines Turkish Chamber of Commerce and International Fountain Schools (Turkish school) came together for a solidarity project entitled “Cultural and Social Solidarity.”
The project aims to rehabilitate the regions academically and socially lagging behind the rest and assist children’s education in particular. Inaugurating the project, an event took place seeing the attendance of International Fountain Schools general manager Malik Gencer, The Philippines Turkish Chamber of Commerce Irfan Karabulut, Pacific Dialog’s president for Philippines Cihangir Arslan and The Philippine Gendarmerie’s commander for civic operations Colonel Arnulfo Marcelo B. Burgos alongside numerous commanders and NGO officials. Officials of ICAD Foundation, the umbrella foundation of Fountain Schools, said they will promote the project both financially and from the heart. The commander Burgos, in his address, thanked the Turkish officials and went on to say, “We are happy to see your support and contributions in our projects. You’re showing us an example of generosity and altruism by joining us in our work.” “By cooperating in this project with the community as well, we aim to integrate the young into society and raise them to be a healthy generation in every way.”
